Added a feature where any line that ends with '_INSTANT' (as in 'intro4_INSTANT') and only contains triggers is resolved instantly. Added da.dialogue.import (based on gag, mouth full, passed out, and swallowing). See 'About filereferences.txt' for more details. Added support for targeting other character folders than the current one with filereferences through prefixing with a dollar sign.
